Contact and Booking Conditions

Booking Procedures

·         Once your client/party has decided generally the type of yacht and dates they wish to charter please contact us. We can then advise which of the yachts are suitable and available.

·         When your client/party has chosen a specific yacht and the dates and ports of embarkation and disembarkation have been agreed we will then prepare our Charter Agreement. You will then be sent the Charter Agreement, with the Owner’s signature, by fax.  You and the client should sign the Charter Agreement and return it to us. .

·         At this stage the client  is obliged to pay a 50% deposit. This is sent to our stated bank account. A charter booking is not seen as confirmed until the Charter Agreement has been signed by all parties and the 50% deposit has been received.

·         The balance of the charter fee along with any delivery fees are to be paid directly to the yacht prior to embarkation.

·         Prior to the charter we will send a questionnaire to you for completion. This will include questions on your travelling arrangements, whether you require transfers from and to the airport, passport numbers, likes and dislikes, allergies and special requirements. This information will enable the Captain and crew to be well prepared for the charter.

·         Any extras such as marina fees, dinners (breakfasts & lunches in some cases)  etc are to be paid prior to disembarking the yacht whereon the Captain will show an account of what is owed.

·         Extras such as jet ski  & water-ski hire which are not listed on the yacht’s equipment list must be paid directly by the client to the hiring company at the time of usage.
